Meet AxinofyIs there really no upfront fee?
There is no upfront development fee ($0). A 6-month subscription at $297/month applies, an initial commitment of $1,782.
When does billing start?
The subscription begins at your written staging approval or the launch milestone set out in your agreement, and never before you approve.
What do I need to provide?
Verified business information, your logo, your services, your service area, and genuine project photos you have the right to publish.
Can you use stock photos of roofs?
No, not for project galleries. We publish only approved images of your real work.
Is the inspection form a booking system?
No. It sends an inquiry, and your team confirms every inspection.
Does the AI diagnose roof problems or quote insurance?
No. The planned assistant is text only and uses your approved business information. It can be imperfect, does not diagnose roof safety or decide insurance coverage, and is not for emergencies. It is planned, not active yet.
What happens if the AI limit is reached?
The planned allowance is 100 conversations per calendar month. When it is reached, your inspection form and phone number keep working. How conversations are counted will be confirmed before activation.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No. We make it easier to request an inspection. Leads, inspections, jobs and rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Who owns the domain, content and code?
You own your domain and your content. The platform is licensed to you during the subscription, not transferred. Final terms are confirmed in writing.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice after the initial term (proposed). Hosting and managed care stop at the end of the notice period, and your content and inquiry export are provided as set out in the agreement.
How long does it take?
It depends on how quickly your materials and approvals arrive. We do not promise a fixed turnaround.
Is the demo a real client?
No. Demo and gallery visuals are illustrative drawings, not client projects. There are no roofing clients yet.
